User Guide

If you are browsing MyPentas from a desktop or laptop, please click on the user icon    on your top right corner of the screen to access the Log In page.

If you are browsing MyPentas from a mobile phone, please click on the user icon on bottom right corner of the screen.


On the Log In page, kindly key in your registered username & password.

If you signed in to MyPentas using your Gmail or Facebook previously, you may then use the Single Sign On (SSO) feature to log in easily using your Gmail or Facebook.

If you do not have a MyPentas account yet, please proceed to register for an account.

On the Log In page, click on ‘Register Now’ to create an account.

To sign up for an account easily, choose to sign up using Facebook or Gmail. Our system will pick up your name, email address & profile picture from your Facebook or Gmail account to create a MyPentas account.
Do note that you need to update the rest of the information in your account after the sign up process under the ‘My Account’ tab.

If you choose not to use your Facebook or Gmail to sign up for an account, please fill in the required details in the registration form.

If all the information you have provided is valid, your account will be registered and you will be redirected to MyPentas home page.

In the Log In page, please click on Forgot Password.

In the forgot password screen, please key in your registered email address to receive a password reset link.

Once you have received a password reset link, please follow the link to set a new password for your account.

Once you have set a new password, you will be able to Log In to MyPentas again.

Navigate to ‘My Account’ page, by clicking on your profile picture.

To update your information, please click on ‘Update Information’ button.

You may now edit all your information and click on ‘Update’ to save the information.

If you are interested to buy a video from MyPentas, click on the ‘Buy Now (Price)’ button. You will be redirected to payment gateway. Choose your preferred method for the transaction.


You will be asked for a confirmation on the purchase, click Proceed to complete the purchase.


You will be notified of successful purchase by a pop up notification.

Once purchase is complete, you can proceed to watch the video. The purchase will also be stored under ‘Your Purchases’ in My Library page.

If you are browsing MyPentas from a desktop or a laptop, click on your profile picture on top right corner of the screen, you will see a dropdown menu. Click on My Library.

If you are browsing MyPentas from a mobile device, click on ‘My Library’ tab on the navigation bar to go to ‘My Library’ Page.

Here, you may find all your MyPentas purchases.

If your account is banned due to suspicious activities, kindly write an email to support@mypentas.com to justify your reasons to re-activate your activate. Please note that MyPentas team reserves the full rights on the decision to re-activate a banned account.

If you have accidentally purchases a video, immediately raise an email to support@mypentas.com with your purchase ID from your mail to re-instate the purchase.

Please note that MyPentas system will track your viewing on each videos. If you have proceed to watch a video that you have accidentally purchased, your refund request will be void.

MyPentas team will process your refund within 14 working days to restore the credits back to your account.
